How does the DPD collection work?
Your Tracking Number
On the morning of collection you will receive an SMS and/or email from DPD. This will give you a 1 hour window during which the driver will come to your address. You can click the link in the message to change the day or see other options.
Driver Arrives
When the driver arrives at your door they will have a pink plastic protective box. Hand your device to the driver who will place the item into the box and seal it with security tags. They will leave you with a collection receipt. Please include your charger, but no other accessories.
We Receive your Device
DPD will deliver your item to us the following business day. Once it is received at our repair centre you will receive an SMS message and email from us confirming receipt.
